Phillip J. Murphy has been practicing law in Rockland County and throughout the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut tri-state area since 1989. In over 25 years of practice, Mr. Murphy has acquired a vast amount of experience and expertise across a wide range of legal matters in both civil law and criminal law. The office of Phillip J. He is a member of the Fairfield County Bar association and the Rockland County Bar Association, where he serves on the Criminal Law Committee.
